🛡️ Owner’s Liability Limitation

NeWorldCoin (NWC), its creators, and administrators are not responsible for any misuse, misdistribution, or actions related to the internal management of NWC tokens once they are acquired by third parties, whether individual users or business entities.

All allocation, delivery, storage, redistribution, and execution of reward programs carried out by companies or users are under their sole responsibility. The NWC team does not intervene in or control the destination of tokens once they have been transferred out of the official wallets.

Definition of NWC Rewards

NWC Rewards is a decentralized system that allows businesses and partner platforms to distribute NWC token rewards to users, employees, communities, or partners. It operates through auditable smart contracts, with no intermediaries required.

Business Participation Process

  1. Initial Application: Send a business proposal to info@neworldcoin.org

  2. Review and Approval: Identity verification, planned use, objectives, and legal compliance review.

  3. Token Transfer: The company acquires and deposits the desired amount of NWC into the official Rewards contract.

  4. Self-Distribution: Companies are responsible for defining and executing their own reward programs.

Responsibilities

  • Businesses: Full responsibility for use, promotion, and legal compliance.

  • System Owner: Provides only the infrastructure and the official Rewards contract.

Specific Clauses

  • Limitation of Liability: NWC is not responsible for errors, disputes, misuse, or unfulfilled promises by the company.

  • Total Buyer Autonomy: The participating company has full control over its program. NWC does not intervene in the design, execution, or delivery of rewards.

  • Prohibition of Illegal Uses: It is strictly forbidden to use NWC Rewards for scams, illegal gambling, pyramid schemes, or any activity against the law.

  • No Refunds: All NWC Rewards token purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.

  • Suspension Policy: NWC may cancel agreements if misuse or damage to the project’s reputation is detected.

  • Legal Compliance: Companies must comply with local regulations regarding incentives and privacy.

  • Brand Rights: The use of the “NeWorldCoin”, “NWC” names, or logo is not allowed without prior written authorization.

Blockchain Security

  • The system operates on the Binance Smart Chain, protecting all transactions through a decentralized network.

  • All distributions are publicly recorded and auditable by any user.

Risks and Legal Warning

  • The value of NWC is volatile and depends solely on the market.

  • Each user is responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of their country regarding cryptocurrencies.

  • Acquiring NWC does not grant rights to decision-making, governance, or guaranteed financial benefits.

  • The founding company and its collaborators are not responsible for losses, misuse, or external manipulation.

Privacy

  • We do not store wallets, balances, or IP addresses.

  • Technical information (IP, browser) may be collected for internal analysis.

  • Contact forms or special programs such as NWC Rewards may require voluntary data.

Data Sharing

  • We do not share or sell personal information.

  • Data will only be disclosed in case of legal requirements.

Sanctions and Suspensions
